Pietro is a Pasta Maestro from Italy that studied in the most prestigious and severe school: his mom’s kitchen. His knowledge comes from years of travelling and cooking with grandmas from all over Italy.
His mission is to share the secrets and techniques of making the most authentic pasta along with traditions and stories, making sure the mood is as been thrown into an Italian family for a Sunday lunch!
